A U.S. Army Alaska Aviation Task Force CH-47 Chinook helicopter flies along the Alaska Range on its way to Kahiltna Glacier. A team of eight soldiers and one Army civilian from FortWainwright were transported by B Company, 1st Battalion, 52nd Aviation Regiment to the National Park Service base camp on the glacier to begin their attempt to climb MountMcKinley, North America’s tallest peak.
